Texas Energy Regulators Want State To Fight Methane Rules – Law360

Law360, Dallas (June 7, 2016, 6:35 PM ET) — The Texas Railroad Commission’s leaders on Tuesday asked the state’s attorney general to pursue a legal challenge to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s methane regulations, with the energy regulators saying the rules impose an undue burden on the oil and gas industry.

Methane is so much worse than CO2 as a greenhouse gas.  They couldn’t be more foolish fighting the regulation, but that’s what I’d expect from Texas.  I think the oil and gas industry has placed an undue burden on the planet EARTH.
