11 State AGs Tell Mass. To Back Off Exxon Probe – Law360

Law360, Dallas (September 9, 2016, 3:34 PM ET) — Eleven state attorneys general on Thursday sought leave to file an amicus brief supporting Exxon Mobil Corp. in the company’s bid to halt the Massachusetts attorney general from moving forward with an investigation into the energy giant’s public statements about climate change.
